thanks for sharing this, I actually did it the other night and it made me feel very relaxed. It reminded me of my hypno-birthing... when you do get preggers you'll have to ask me about that, i think you would like it. It was amazing for me, lately I've been telling Peter I want to do my birth relaxtions even though Im not pregnant, just because they made me feel so peaceful. So thanks for sharing!!
Yay! That's awesome. I realized because I am a Highly Sensitive person, I need to do relaxation excersizes everyday for my own mental health. I get stressed easily. Yogi bedtime tea is awesome too. Except it does make me chatty for some reason just before I go to sleep lol. I still feel tired but I want to tell Paul secrets. Lol
